Holocaust Hoax

Some people claim the Jewish Holocaust was a hoax. One such person is James von Brunn, an 88-year-old white supremacist. Mr. Brunn went to the Holocaust Museum in Washington D.C. with a rifle and evil intent. One security guard was killed; Stephan T. Johns, before James von Brunn was shot and critically wounded thanks to the quick thinking response of other security personnel. It’s a safe bet James von Brunn planned on a much greater bloodbath.
How can anyone deny the Holocaust? We are still within living memory of that event, and in addition empirical evidence abounds. Granted not so much so the Crucifixion of Christ. Christians have to trust, or have faith in, the eyewitness accounts concerning the life, death, and resurrection of Christ.
Such statements as those written by the Apostle Peter. Peter, knowing our faith would falter at times wrote “We did not follow cleverly invented stories when we told you about the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of His Majesty.”
The beloved Apostle John echoed Peter’s sentiments when he wrote, “That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched - this we proclaim concerning the Word of Life. (2Peter 1:16 & 1 John 1:1 respectively)
I wonder if the Jewish nation’s outrage felt when someone denies the Holocaust is not similar to the righteous anger God feels when His Son’s sacrifice is denied?
The Holocaust and the Crucifixion are both easy for me to believe, both are dead-on commentaries concerning the spirit and mentality of mankind, Heaven help us.
